Warranty & AMC

Vibrant Interiors greatly emphasize on quality and always provide the customers with best quality design. We will ensure the clients to get their money’s worth when they do business with us. Our warranty period which is valid for 5 years makes sure that you can trust our products. This warranty period becomes active and is calculated from the date of purchase of the product. The terms and conditions of the warranty are fixed, non-debatable and non-transferable. The warranty can be claimed only by the actual purchasers of the product(s).

Some of the things which are covered:

  • The authentic invoice of the purchased product(s) must be provided as a proof of purchasing the product from Vibrant.
  • All internal mechanisms.
  • Components and brackets.
  • Fabric delamination.
  • If the product comes in the wrong size or does not fit we will take care of it at no charge to you.
  • Repairs and/or replacements will be made with like or similar parts or products.
  • Additionally, Vibrant Interiors provides 5 year warranty covering free repair and replacement of any modules with manufacturing defects. We offer warranty certificate, duly stamped and signed after installation.

Some of the things which are not covered:

  • Conditions caused by normal wear and tear.
  • Accidents, misuse or alterations to the product.
  • Sun damage, wind, water/ moisture
  • Shipping charges, cost of removal and reinstallation.

The warranty cannot be claimed for consequential or incidental damages.

Annual Maintenance Contract:

Vibrant Interiors undertakes annual maintenance contracts for the clients and please find the details of the same:


Schedule: Visit for service two times a year after every Six months.

Services offered: General checkup, Tightening of parts, and other necessary adjustments.

  • All payments are to be made by cheque in advance, and AMC will start from the date the contract is made.
  • All above charges are inclusive of taxes, and if in case there is any repair and requires part change the same will be done at an extra cost with no labor charges.
  • This contract is nontransferable and we do not entertain refund and cancellation under any circumstances.
  • All types of equipment will be provided by the service center to the technician, however, spare parts will be charged to the customer.
  • Contract period will be for the term of one year and the same will be terminated after the period gets over.
